- If your Member Number is less than 6 digits, you must enter the leading zeros to make it 6 digits.
Member Number 12345 must be entered as 012345.
Member Number 1234 must be entered as 001234.

Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Logon ID and Security Code the next time you log on to Online Banking.
It has come to our attention that some individuals are attempting to exploit our members through fraudulent text messages (SMS) and phone calls, claiming to be representatives of Ascension Credit Union. These scams often involve requests for sensitive information such as account details, PINs, or personal identification information.
